I chose the name Patchwork Pathways because healing isn’t linear and it’s never one-size-fits-all. It’s like a patchwork quilt: made of many different pieces, stitched together through time, effort, and care.
Some of those pieces come from pain, others from strength. In therapy, we begin to understand how your past has shaped your present, and from there, create new pathways forward. Ones that feel safer, stronger, and more authentic to who you truly are.
Following the 6-week block, clients may choose to continue with ongoing therapy at the standard rate applicable to the timing and format of their sessions. Where appropriate and subject to availability, reduced-rate options can be reviewed and discussed together at that point.

If a reduced-fee space may be right for you or your young person, please get in touch to discuss current availability.
Is something not feeling right? Maybe your child is struggling and you’re not sure how to help. Maybe you’re a teenager trying to make sense of overwhelming emotions. Or maybe you’re an adult carrying the weight of old wounds, tired of feeling not good enough?
