Who I help
Parents and carers
You’ve noticed changes? Your young person seems anxious, withdrawn, angry, or overwhelmed? Maybe they can’t tell you what’s wrong, and no matter how much you reassure them, something still feels out of balance.
As a mum, I know it’s incredibly hard to watch your child struggle and not know how to help. You’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
In therapy, your young person will have a safe space to express themselves, through play, creativity, or conversation, and begin to make sense of what they’re feeling.
Teens and young people
You might not know exactly what you’re feeling, just that it’s a lot. Does it feel like nobody understands? Do you feel like you have nobody to turn to? Or nobody cares?
Maybe you’re anxious all the time, exhausted from trying to fit in, or feeling like you’re not good enough no matter what you do.
Maybe things from the past still bother you, or you’re finding it hard to talk to anyone about what’s really going on. You don’t have to keep pretending everything’s fine.
Therapy gives you a space where you don’t need to have the answers, where you can speak freely, confidentially and without judgement, or not speak at all, and still be understood.
Adults
Maybe you’re the one who always keeps it together, looking after others, staying busy, doing your best. But inside, it’s a different story. Anxiety, low self-worth, burnout, or difficult memories from the past may be weighing you down.
You might be asking:
Why do I still feel like this?
Why do I get angry?
Why do I react this way?
Am I good enough?
Why me?
Therapy is a space to untangle what’s underneath, to explore how old patterns or experiences are still affecting your present, and to begin building a new way forward, with more self-understanding, peace, and strength.
