Meet Toffee
Toffee is my dog, who may be present in some sessions, if this feels appropriate.
For some people, having her nearby can help create a sense of ease and comfort. Many young people find it easier to settle when she is in the room.
She has a calm and affectionate nature. Sometimes she will curl up nearby; other times she may quietly rest while we talk. Her presence can offer a gentle, grounding element within the space.
If you would prefer not to have her in your session, that is absolutely fine, just let me know.

I have a particular interest in this area and explored it further through my postgraduate research.
