Hi, I'm Sally.
With a MSc in Counselling Children and Young People, and with over 20 years’ experience working with children and young people, including within education settings, I connect with and 'get' how difficult life can feel, for both them, and adults alike.

As a therapist and a mum, I understand how emotional difficulties can affect the whole family, and how hard it can be to know how to help.
Many of the young people I work with are thoughtful and sensitive, but can find themselves overwhelmed, anxious, or carrying more than feels manageable. Many are angry and feel misunderstood. Many withdraw and isolate themselves from the family around them.
Many adults I work with are experiencing similar feelings of anxiety, overwhelm, or difficulty making sense of their experiences. Struggling with relationships, self-esteem, work or the challenges that life brings us. Feeling lonely or sad.
I help make sense of what you’re experiencing.
I work integratively, meaning I personalise sessions to you as an individual. As well as talking therapy, I also offer creative approaches which include Minecraft based, Lego based and Domino Therapy, sandtray work, drawing, beads and bracelet making and many more.
With a background in education and specialist training in working with children and young people, I bring both professional and real-world understanding to every session.
My use of Minecraft, Lego, Dominoes, sand trays, drawing, beads and bracelet making, and many more approaches, allow me to support both children and young people in a way that works for them as an individual.
You don’t have to carry it all on your own.
